Description

Set 136. Copy of a postcard of High Street looking north towards East Street. The thatched cottage on right of photo, was demolished and has been replaced by 3 shops, where the zebra crossing is now. Next to it is Vine Terrace (only 3 of the 4 houses remain now). In the distance is The Crown pub sign and then the thatched building that was demolished to make way for the Pavilion in 1913.
