Q.  How do I purchase a photo?

A.  Click on the Image Options link next to the photo to see if it is available to purchase.  If it isn’t, please contact us via the Contact page.

Q. How do I add a photo?

A. Photos can only be added by the Project Team so if you have a photo or photos that you think would be of interest, please get in touch via the Contact page.

Q. What do I do if I see something that is inaccurate?

A. Either leave a comment by clicking this option underneath the particular image or contact us via the Contact page. We welcome corrections and additional information.

Q. How do I volunteer for the Project?

A. Please refer to the How You Can Help page then contact us via the Contact page.

Q. What do I do if I think my copyright has been breached?

A. Refer to the Copyright & Disclaimer page first then contact us via the Contact page if you need to.

Q. Can I use a photo for my homework?

A. Yes, we welcome the downloading or copying of images or text for this purpose.

Q. Where can I access the original photos?

A. A lot of the photos are copies of the originals but all the photos in Selsey Society’s collection, whether copies or originals, will be preserved in the West Sussex Record Office. Other photos scanned from people’s personal collections will not be accessible unless these are donated to the Project and the donor is happy for these to be passed to the Record Office for safe-keeping.
